JLT Construction & Maintenance brings over 35 years of experience in all areas of construction.  Our expertise encompass our beginnings as a Journeyman Carpenter, Foreman, and Project Management before starting our own General Contracting Company performing numerous Remodels and Tenant Improvements for major retail clients.  Our background includes Residential Construction, Custom Homes, Bath & Kitchen Remodels, Home Improvements and Renovations, Decking, Fencing, and Room Additions, as well as Property Maintenance Services, Site Clean Up, Pressure Washing, Rubbish Removal, and Hauling Services. We have completed custom New Home Builds, Kitchen and Bath Remodels, Custom Patio Coverings, as well as numerous other Renovations. Our lead personnel are OSHA 30, CPR, Lead Renovator Initial, and Covid-19 certified, and are proficient in scheduling and project management.
